The Charlie Crist campaign has been preparing for the final four days,
Get Out the Vote (GOTV), for weeks now. We will be knocking on doors
and making phone calls to ensure that we turn out the base and get
Charlie Crist back to Tallahassee. Some of you may already be signed up
for 1 or 2 shifts, but we urge you to try and find time to take on one
For those whom haven't signed up: we need you. We will be working around
clock for the next week and it's going to be all hands on deck!
The shifts are as follows:
Saturday, Nov.1: 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, 4pm-7pm, 6pm-9pm
Sunday, Nov. 2: 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm,
Monday, Nov. 3: 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, 4pm-7pm, 6pm-9pm
Election Day: 7am- 10am, 10am-1pm,

they released their latest ad featuring Purple Heart recipient Glenn Kunkel,
almost ten thousand veterans, military family members and VoteVets
supporters have signed our petition supporting universal background checks.
For us, this issue makes sense. Every service member needs to pass a
background check before we're allowed to handle a weapon, and we should
require the same of civilians at home.
The Senate is expected to vote on this issue in less than two weeks, and
they need to hear from us before they do.

Since our last email, an outpouring of contributions allowed us to put
almost $200,000 behind the ad in three key states.
We have a unique and important voice in this fight, and I hope you'll make
sure yours is heard today.
